Da steht nichts, dass irgend eine bestimmte schulische (Aus-)Bildung vorrausgesetzt waere. Wenn sie vorher schon als Vertriebsleiter gearbeitet hat, und sie in einer aehnlichen oder gleichen Funktion in die USA versetzt werden soll, dann kann man wohl davon ausgehen, dass sie die entsprechenden Vorraussetzungen mitbringt. Und dann kommt es halt darauf an, dass man die Taetigkeit selbst hoch genug ansiedelt, also z.B. "develops and supervises the execution of sales strategy" anstelle von "serves customers". "Strategy Development" und "Supervision" sind eindeutig Management Taetigkeiten, auch wenn man keine direkten Untergebenen hat.

Und dann muss es halt nur noch so weit auf der Realitaet basieren, dass der Chef den Antrag noch mit gutem Gewissen unterschreiben kann.
